How can I find the article I am looking for? Search using a keyword: enter a keyword in the search field above and you will see a list of related results. The keyword can be a brand name, a colour (e.g. red), a category (e.g. sun), an article code or any other entry in the filters. Search using the menu: choose between Sunglasses and Eyeglasses. Search by filter: within each category you can refine your choice using the search filters (brand, colour, price, shape etc.). After choosing the product, select the size (this action is not necessary if the size is unique) and then "add to cart". Depending on the selected item, remember that you can decide to add the lens gradation to the glasses. Add other products in the same way or click on the 'Shopping Bag' icon. If you have a Gift Voucher or Coupon Code enter it directly on "Use Coupon Code" or "Use Gift Voucher". Choose the payment method you wish to use. Confirm your shipping address. Be careful to enter the name that the courier will find on the intercom/doorbell in the "Notes" section. You will now be directed to the final page with the summary of your details and the expected delivery date. Remember to check that all the details you have selected are correct, once you have confirmed your order you will no longer be able to change it. To conclude your order, click on ‘Proceed To Order'. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail at the address you registered on our site. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder. If you are registered on the Amevista website, you can also check the details of your order in the "orders'' section of your personal area. If you have already placed your order, it is not possible to add any more items. If you wish, you can place another one.
The products sold on Amevista are 100% authentic. We also offer a 2-year warranty on all our eyewear and 30 days to return your order if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. The items are not altered in any way by Amevista and are shipped with the original labels and packaging provided by the manufacturer. If available, certificates of authenticity are also included.
How can I cancel or modify an order? Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. After the order is placed, you can cancel it within a limited time. If this option is available, we recommend canceling the order and placing a new one. To cancel the order, log into the Personal Area, go to Orders section, and click “Cancel order". Note: You can request cancellation only when the “cancel order” button is active. Order cancellation cannot be undone, but you can always place a new order. If you have redeemed a gift voucher for your order, you can only cancel the order in full.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your unique order number. The order number consists of five “0”s followed by 6 numerical digits. It will therefore look similar to this: 00000123456. If you have not received the order confirmation e-mail or have accidentally lost it, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder as well. We always include all materials supplied by the eyewear manufacturer. All items are sold with a protective case and a cleaning cloth. Some products may have more accessories included. Why didn't I receive a hard case with my glasses? Some glasses come with a hard case, others with a soft case. We cannot control the accessories that the manufacturer provides us with; however, we can promise you that your glasses will be shipped with their original packaging, including all accessories.
If an item you want is out of stock, we can notify you as soon as it becomes available again. How can I receive a notification? Click on “Notify me” on the product page. Enter your e-mail address. We will notify you if your preferred size is restocked. Will the item be reserved for me? No, receiving a notification does not reserve the item for you.
