What if payment for my order has been declined

  1. Place a new order
    If your order was unsuccessful, you will have to place a new order to receive the items you want. We are unable to reinstate an order if payment has been refused.
  2. Make the necessary checks
    To avoid your order being rejected again, we suggest that you:
    • Check your card details (e.g. expiry date, billing address, etc.) to ensure that the information is correct;
    • Make sure that you have correctly entered the security code (the 3-digit number on the back of your card);

    • Your bank (or in any case your card issuer) may have refused payment. Since the reason for the refusal is not communicated to us, we advise you to contact them and discuss this with them directly.
    • If you have already carried out these checks, we recommend that you try using a different card or payment method.
If, after following the suggestions listed above, your order is again rejected, please use one of the contact methods at the bottom of this page and we will help you with your request.
