If you have made a return, a refund will be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your package at our warehouse. As soon as the return is received and checked, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. The credit will be visible within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's refund timeframe.
Did you pay by credit card? In this case, the refund will be made to the same card or associated bank account. It may happen that the date of the refund, in your statement, coincides with the date of the purchase.
Did you pay with Paypal? You will receive the amount for the returned items on the same Paypal account.
Did you pay with Klarna? You will receive the amount related to the returned items on the same Klarna account.
Did you pay with a Gift Voucher? The amount will be refunded as a Gift Voucher to be used for your next orders.
