Don't like the item or the size you ordered is not right?
You cannot exchange items but you can return them at your own expense within 30 days and, if you wish, you can order them again.
You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise within 14 days of delivery of the package to the carrier. You are not bound to wait for a refund for your new order: you can proceed with a new order right away if you wish.
Please note that frames purchased in combination with prescription lenses are considered customised products and therefore cannot be refunded.
