How do I return my order?

You can, at your own expense, return Amevista orders within 30 calendar days after the delivery date of the goods.

The cost of customized products (frames with prescription and/or tinted lenses) cannot be refunded as these are bespoke items created according to your specific requirements and measurements. Therefore, returns on these products are not possible.

The products should be returned to the attn of Amevista Srl at the following address: Via Flaminia, 844 - 00191 Rome, Italy. Returns received at different addresses will not be considered.

Do not forget to include the order reference number in the shipping box. Remember to always take a picture of the label you attach to your return or write down the tracking number, keeping it until your refund is processed.

The integrity of products returned unused, with their original labels and in their original boxes is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal or cancellation. If sunglasses or prescription glasses are returned, the seal of quality and integrity, if any, must still be affixed to the glasses.

Refunds for the product, if possible, will be made only after checking the condition of the returned item and in any case within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your package at our warehouse.

In the case of multiple orders (an order with at least two pairs of glasses), each individual item returned to Amevista will have to be shipped back to you at your expense, separately from the others, each with its own shipping tracking. If the products are returned in a single box or in different boxes but with a single shipment (multi-box), you will be charged €10 for each individual item returned, directly from the payment method used during the purchase.
