Amevista guarantees full traceability of purchase of all products and certifies their exclusive origin directly from official suppliers.
All products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. Damage caused by incorrect use of the product, including deterioration or deterioration due to use, is not guaranteed. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects and does not cover any breakages due to misuse or poor maintenance and/or accidental damage by the consumer. Scratches or scratches on the lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by the warranty, unless it is proven that the product had such defects upon delivery. Please note that Amevista is not responsible for direct or indirect damage to people or things resulting from the malfunction of the products.
What the warranty covers:
- Missing components
- Delamination of the lens coating of sunglasses
- Bubbles or imperfections in the lens coating
- Flaking or deterioration of the frame
- Defects in welding
What the warranty does not cover:
- Rod misalignment
- Normal wear (scratches)
- Damage caused by accident, negligence, shock, improper use or incorrect storage and/or maintenance of the product
- Damage caused by chemicals
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
What to do if a lack of conformity is found
In the event that the Consumer notices a lack of conformity, he must contact Amevista as of seller via the form “contacts” present on the site.
In case of a warranty claim, the shipping costs for returning the product are the customer's responsibility. Amevista assumes no responsibility for the shipping costs related to the return, nor for any damage, loss, or delays caused during the transportation of the product. To ensure the product's protection during transport, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment. In case of damage caused during transportation, responsibility will lie solely with the customer. Once the product is received under warranty, it will be verified if the reported defect falls under the conditions provided by the warranty. If the product is not defective or does not meet the warranty requirements, the customer will also be responsible for the costs of returning the product to their address.
